Unswipe requires access to Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls features. By granting these permissions, you authorize the app to:

- Display shield screens over selected apps
- Track usage patterns locally on your device
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

All content, features, and functionality of Unswipe, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Unswipe and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Unswipe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The app will meet your specific requirements
- The app will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- You will achieve specific savings or behavioral changes
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unswipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
